At iGrafx, we’re excited to announce a groundbreaking addition to the Process360 Live platform—our new Generative AI assistant for digital transformation, Pia (short for Process Intelligence Assistant).  

But Pia is more than just an assistant — it’s here to democratize process intelligence and make powerful tools accessible to everyone, regardless of technical expertise.

Pia’s introduction marks a significant leap forward for Process360 Live, as it is the platform’s first-ever Generative AI capability. Up until now, we’ve harnessed traditional machine learning techniques to provide capabilities like predictive analytics, but Pia brings something completely new to the table. 

Historically, one of the biggest barriers to entry for process improvement teams has been diagramming processes as a foundation for excellence. Typically, building out these diagrams involves lengthy collaboration cycles between process professionals (who have the technical skills) and process owners (who have the domain expertise).  

That’s where Pia, as a generative AI assistant for digital transformation comes in, making this process easier and more seamless than ever before. 

 

 

Breaking Barriers: Democratizing Process Intelligence 

One of Pia’s most transformative features is its ability to instantly create process diagrams from Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and other unstructured documents. Teams may have these process documents stored in a shared drive somewhere, collecting dust. 

Anyone, regardless of technical skill, can upload those static documents and Pia will automatically transform them into dynamic process visualizations, instantly ready for analysis and optimization. Want to modify the diagrams? No problem, Pia can do that too. Whether it’s translating, adjusting formatting to the corporate brand, or editing the process steps and their order, it can all be done through a simple, interactive conversation. 

Even if you don’t have documents laying around describing your process, you can still have a natural language conversation, describing what you do, and Pia will automatically create a process diagram from that. It’s a win-win for everyone involved. Process owners don’t have to spend as much time in meetings explaining processes, and process modelers have an amazing starting point to add their professional touch. Pia substantially reduces time and effort across the board.
