As Chief Executive Officer, Alexandre brings nearly 20 years of expertise in the highly competitive process marketplace. As an industry leader in various Software-as-a-Service companies, Wentzo has a successful and significant portfolio from CEO of Casewise to Senior Vice President of Americas for Signavio and multiple Senior Vice President roles at Celonis including Senior Vice President of ISV, Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific, Senior Vice President of Japan and Senior Vice President of Private Equity.
As CEO of Casewise, a global process modeling company, he executed a turnaround which resulted in a successful sale to Erwin. He spent several years with Signavio, where he built Signavio North America into a leader in the process modeling and mining space, which resulted in a successful acquisition by SAP.
He holds various advisory roles including Pointe, Axellience, and privately held companies where he advises on growth and has led developmental plans into funding rounds and acquisitions.
Outside of iGrafx, Alexandre devotes time to volunteer work. He is a member of Hope and Aid Direct, providing food, clothing, medical supplies, and hope to families in need. He is also a real epicurean with a strong passion for hospitality.
Shoeb Javed joins iGrafx as Chief Product Officer. A seasoned technology executive, Shoeb brings broad experience in intelligent automation, process intelligence, and enterprise software.
Previously, as CTO of Worksoft, he had the opportunity to partner with some of the largest global Fortune 1000 corporations, helping to automate testing of complex packaged enterprise applications to speed up project timelines and improve operations efficiencies while delivering high revenue growth.
Shoeb combines his proven leadership with a collaborative approach, establishing product and technology teams that build innovative digital transformation solutions.
Recognized in the automation space, Shoeb has participated in numerous speaking and writing opportunities across the industry and has contributed to publications such as CIO Magazine, Forbes, and others. In his free time, he enjoys swimming and biking.
Christie brings over 15 years of leadership and marketing experience to her role as Chief Marketing Officer at iGrafx. She is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s global go-to-market strategy including field, product, and partner marketing, demand generation, customer advocacy and digital.
Most recently, Christie held leadership roles at Basis Technologies and Worksoft. She has a track record of building effective teams and growing technology companies. Her passion lies in creating market awareness for innovative software solutions that help enterprises achieve a competitive edge. Christie lives in Dallas, Texas and enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering with various local organizations.
Mehmet joins iGrafx from Celonis where he held senior leadership roles, contributing to the significant growth of global partnerships and go-to-market initiatives. Prior to Celonis, he was a sales leader at Google NYC, managing key revenue initiatives through partners. In addition, Mehmet has a decade-long experience in Europe, namely at Oracle building sales teams and driving incremental success through ISVs, resellers and tech partners. He completed his electronics and telecom engineering degree in his native city Istanbul and holds an MBA degree from Yale University. He is a big fan of European football and running outdoors. In his free time, Mehmet loves to travel and spend time with his wife and 2 small kids.
Tanya Fox joins iGrafx as Vice President of Sales. Tanya is a sales leader with a wealth of experience building and leading high-performance sales teams, executing growth strategies, and driving innovation.
Tanya has built new sales motions, teams, and pricing models while establishing and growing transformational partnerships with some of the world’s largest companies. By helping companies rethink and transform their business processes, she has built meaningful relationships with leaders in the Fortune 500. Her collaborative approach, commitment to excellence, and creativity have helped her teams overachieve year after year. Tanya holds an MBA from Boston College and a B.A. from SUNY Geneseo.
In her spare time, she enjoys running, music, continuing her education, and can be found with her family and neighborhood friends at the Boston Common dog park.
Malik, iGrafx’s Vice President of Sales for EMEA, drives business expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, empowering organizations to leverage AI-powered process observability for enhanced agility, resilience, and continuous optimization.
A visionary commercial leader with an entrepreneurial drive, Malik excels at pioneering new markets, refining go-to-market approaches, and boosting profitability. His 25+ years of expertise in transformative technologies spans e-procurement, digital marketplaces, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), AIOps, and Intelligent Automation, positioning him at the forefront of industry evolution.
With a distinguished career encompassing general management, strategic advisory, and global sales leadership, Malik has played pivotal roles at both emerging and established technology powerhouses – including Commerce One, Planview, Dynatrace, and Blue Prism – through various growth stages from pre-IPO to successful exits.
Multilingual (fluent in five languages), Malik demonstrates exceptional ability in building elite sales organizations, fostering excellence-driven cultures, developing high-impact partnerships, thus accelerating revenue growth throughout EMEA
He holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Germany’s prestigious Technical University of Munich (TUM).
Beyond the boardroom, Malik is a devoted father of three, a passionate gastronome with insider knowledge of Munich, Berlin, Rome, and Tunis‘ culinary scenes and an active advocate, who contributed to Tunisia’s democratic transition (2011-2014) and championed Digital Human Rights & Ethical AI through UN initiatives in Geneva, while working to reduce Africa’s digital divide.
His personal interests include global travel, sailing, oenology, and stimulating discourse on art, historical narratives, and geopolitical dynamics.
Abhijit Kakhandiki is a seasoned business process management and robotic process automation industry veteran. His proven track record in new product development, go-to-market, and improved product P&L performance inform his position as an iGrafx Board Advisor. Most recently, Abhijit was Chief Product Officer at LiveRamp where he led the product vision, strategy, design, and roadmap of the organization. In his previous role at Agile Software, he delivered rapid product and customer experience improvement, steering product management and strategy for product lifecycle management and analytics applications. Abhijit also led products and engineering for Automation Anywhere, a leader in the robotic process automation space, to enable enterprises to gain quantum leaps in efficiency through the automation of business processes. His entrepreneurial endeavors include a successful exit for his own startup, ATMA software, which is now part of Oracle. Abhijit holds a Ph.D. from Stanford University, and in his spare time, he mentors startups at the Stanford Technology Ventures Program and StartX. Abhijit also advises private equity firms on products, technology, industry trends, and M&A. In addition to decades of proven product expertise, Mr. Kakhandiki holds numerous patents in the process automation space.
